Services

We’ll meet for an initial assessment where we get to know each other and discuss your experiences and goals. Everyone benefits from individualized solutions, so we’ll talk about what makes sense for you, whether it be medication or evidence-based integrative approaches. Integrative can mean supplements, vitamins, and herbs, as well as exploring the whole context of your wellbeing across a range of vital dimensions - social, physical, nutritional, behavioral, emotional, spiritual, occupational, environmental, etc.

My approach draws on many modalities to match what will be most effective for helping you achieve your goals. I offer motivational and supportive techniques, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), mindful self-compassion (MSC), yoga CBT (Y-CBT), trauma sensitive yoga (TCTSY), interpersonal therapy (IPT), internal family systems (IFS), exposure and response prevention (ERP), and behavioral management strategies for ADHD.

My goal is for you to always feel informed about your treatment options and to feel resourced with effective tools and supported to help you reach your goals.
